This year the nature favors to audacious ideas of “KVINT” winemakers. For several years we have not been able to realize the cherished dream - to make ice-wine, since weather conditions were unsuitable…
And in the last days of October 2014 a real miracle occurred: a sudden cold, and a snow-white cap covered large, juicy grapes of Riesling variety.
We should mention that in the world practice a chill of -8°C usually occurs by the end of November, when most of the berries in clusters are already spoiled with rot.
The long-desired results of harmonious relationship between man and nature are closer than ever: whole, perfectly preserved Riesling grapes will appear in form of KVINT’s first ice wine after the New Year!

Brandy “KVINT KOSHER” is made under control of the Department of kashrut of Rabbinat of Saint Louis (USA), OV, it has the status of Kosher Le Meadrin (meets the most strictest laws of kashrut).
It is made by special production process with eaux-de-vie and wine-distilled spirits aged in oak barrels not less than a year. It features fine golden color, harmonious taste and bright floral aroma with light tones of maturity.
