This spring the Tiraspol Winery & Distillery “KVINT” took part in San Francisco World Spirits Competition-2015” (the USA). The most deserving samples were chosen amongst several thousand beverages from across the world. According to the results of “blind” tasting, our 3 y.o. divin “KVINT” was awarded with a Silver medal. The jury panel was surprised to the upside with smooth taste of this young divin, its delicate floral aroma with light tones of maturity.

The Tiraspol Winery & Distillery “KVINT” is holding tastings of divins in Duty Free area of the International Chisinau Airport. From the 27^th of July to the 9^th of August 2015, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., all the passengers in the Departure Area will be offered to taste premium quality divins “KVINT” 6 years old and “KVINT” 10 years old. The noble beverages are made according to classical French production process from our own eaux-de-vie aged in oak barrels.

On 7-10 of July the 35^th International contest of wines and spirits “Yalta. Golden Griffin-2015” was held in the National Scientific and Research Institute for Vine and Wine “Magarach” in Crimea. The anniversary contest included participants from wine-making enterprises of Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Transdniestria – 36 companies presented 163 samples of their products to the board – still grape wines, sparkling wines, cognac, brandy and other strong beverages. The beverages of the Tiraspol Winery & Distillery “KVINT” have been awarded with 2 gold medals. The jury panel duly appreciated dry red wine “Merlot” (vintage 2014), the judges noted its rich berry aroma with tones of cassis, cherry and plum. The new product by “KVINT”, divin “Jubilee” 5 y.o., which was created in 2015 as a dedication to 70^th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, highly impressed experts and sommeliers. Divin conquered their hearts with delicate aroma, light tones of maturity, floral and vanilla hints and chocolate notes. The jury also appraised taste of the beverage, they found it full and delicate with pleasant oily aftertaste.
