The New York World Wine and Spirits Competition-2017, the biggest contest in the world held on 23-24 of August in New York City (USA), announced the results. Thousands of wines, brandies, cognacs, whiskeys and other beverages were judged by a jury panel consisting of the world-known experts: sommeliers, mixologists, retailers, journalists and bloggers. According to the results of the tasting, divin “KVINT XO Surprise” (10 y.o.) was decorated with the Silver Medal.

On the 15^th of August 2017 the harvesting season started at the vineyards of the Tiraspol Winery & Distillery “KVINT” in the village of Doybany. 

One of the most prestigious world contests “International Wine and Spirit Competition-2017” (UK, London) announced the tasting results in the group of spirits. The tasting panel awarded our divin “KVINT 6 y.o.” with a Silver medal for its outstanding aroma and taste. The jury members described the beverage with the following phrase:
“Big volatile start with plenty to offer from custard, cocoa powder to forest orchard fruit jams and gooseberry compote. Nutty, aged tones lifted by a lively oak aged edge. This is all about the intensity and fruity sweetness accompanied by the savoury wood spices developing to a long and persistent finale”.
