Terms of use

1. General provisions

1.1. The Site is an information resource intended to introduce the products of CJSC “TVKZ “KVINT”, the history of the distillery, news and other reference information.

1.2. Products are not sold through the Site. Products can be purchased only in retail shops and from official trade partners.

1.3. The Operator may amend these Terms unilaterally. A new version takes effect once published on the Site. The User is responsible for keeping track of changes.

2. Age restriction

2.1. The Site contains information about alcoholic products. Access is permitted only to persons aged 18 or over.

2.2. By entering the Site, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

2.3. The Operator may use technical means (age verification) to restrict access by minors.

2.4. Information about alcohol on the Site is for reference only and is not advertising intended to encourage interest in drinking alcohol.

3. Use of the Site

3.1. The User may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial purposes and within the limits permitted by law.

3.2. When using the Site, it is prohibited to:

• copy, reproduce or distribute Site materials without the Operator’s written permission;

3.3. Product information on the Site is for reference only and does not constitute a public offer. Please check current range, specifications and availability in shops.

6.4. The Operator may restrict or terminate the User’s access to the Site if these Terms are breached.

6.5. Disputes are resolved under applicable law at the Operator’s place of business.

7. Final provisions

7.1. These Terms take effect from the User’s first visit to the Site.

7.2. In all matters not covered by these Terms, the parties are guided by applicable law.

1. What data we collect

1.1. Data the User provides themselves (for example, when filling in the contact form or subscribing to news):

• name;
• email address;
• phone number (if provided);
• message text.

1.2. Data collected automatically:

• IP address;
• browser and device type;
• cookie data;
• pages the User visits and the time of the visit.

1.3. The Site does not sell goods and does not collect data related to payment or delivery of orders.

2. Why we collect data

2.1. Data is processed for the following purposes:

• responding to User enquiries sent through the contact form;
• sending news and information materials — only with the User’s separate consent;
• analysing use of the Site (Google Analytics and similar services);
• improving the Site and the quality of its content;
• meeting the Operator’s legal obligations.

2.2. The Operator must stop sending newsletters immediately at the User’s request.
