CHISINAU WINES & SPIRITS CONTEST - 2016

On February 17-20, 2016 the International tasting competition "CHISINAU WINES & SPIRITS CONTEST - 2016" was held in Chisinau (Moldova) under the patronage of the International Organization of Vine and Wine (O.I.V.) and in partnership with the Union of Oenologists of Moldova (UOM). More than 70 companies  participated from Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Germany, which presented more than 300 samples of alcoholic beverages. As the result of tasting, red dry wine with a protected geographical indication  “Merlot” vintage 2015, produced by the Tiraspol Winery & Distillery “KVINT” was awarded with a silver medal.

"Merlot Rose" bottled special for Saint Valentine's Day is already hit the shops!
On the 10th of  February 2016 the Tiraspol Winery & Distillery “KVINT” bottled the latest new product of the season special for Saint Valentine's Day – wine “Merlot Rosé” of «Romantic» series. The wine is already hit the shops. It has a limited edition - 6000 bottles.
