SAUVIGNON BLANC WITH PROTECTED GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATION CODRU

Produced using traditional methods from select grapes of the French variety Sauvignon Blanc, grown on picturesque slopes located in the CODRU region. Cryomaceration technology was used in the creation of this unique wine. Favorable natural conditions, abundant sunshine, and the use of modern technologies – combined with the passion of the winery’s winemakers – have resulted in an extraordinary millésime wine. It stands out for its pronounced aroma with nuances of black currant, ripe gooseberry and passionfruit, supplemented by the hints of grapefruit and pineapple. Elegantly straw-colored, dense and mineral on the palate, this wine finishes with a long memorable aftertaste. It is best served chilled at temperature 10-12°C.
