A series of sparkling wines KVINTESSENCE is made according to the classical method with secondary fermentation in bottles for not less 9 months. This sparkling brut natur wine is created from the grapes of the Moldovan variety Viorica. Its bouquet reveals tropical notes of mango, delicate caramel-vanilla tones and refreshing hints of basil. It is best served chilled at temperature 5-8°C.
